Conference Registration Includes
The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, exhibitions, and refreshments.
Banquet
Due to space limitations, seat availability is based on a first come first served policy. Participants who would like to attend this event are encouraged to complete registration with full payment as early as possible.
Refund Policy
- 會議報名只接受「取消註冊」及「加購晚宴餐卷」之退款申請。請在線上繳費前確認正確之報名選項與個人資料。
申請上述兩種退款應於 2025 年 10 月 31 日 （台灣時區）23:59 前以電子郵件提出，每筆退款將酌收新台幣 500 元手續費，2025 年 11 月1 日起恕不接受退款。 - OPTIC 2025 不對氣候與場地等無法控制的情況負責。OPTIC 2025 會議組織委員會對於退款擁有最終決定權。
- Refund applications will only be accepted for "cancellation of registration" and "purchase of additional banquet tickets." Please verify your registration options and personal information before completing online payment.
Applications for the above two types of refunds must be submitted via email by 23:59 (Taiwan Time), October 31, 2025. A processing fee of NTD 500 will be charged for each refund. No refunds will be accepted after November 1, 2025.
OPTIC 2025 is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather or venue-related issues. The OPTIC 2025 Organizing Committee reserves the final right of decision regarding refund requests.

- 申請人此刻如果是參與國科會計劃的，主持人、共同主持人、博士後與訪問學者，請選擇註冊費 500 元台幣之減免，註冊時請填寫國科會編號。恕不接受事後補填或申請退費候後再重新註冊的情形，謝謝！
- 本次註冊有不含晚宴與含晚宴兩種選項後者多 1200 元新台幣，請正確選擇恕不接受註冊後要求單獨退款晚宴費用，晚宴票卷採認票不認人允許轉贈。
- If the applicant is currently involved in an NSTC project—as the PI, Co-PI, postdoctoral researcher, or academic visitor, please select the NTD 500 discounted registration fee. Be sure to enter your NSTC project number during registration. Post-registration updates, refund-and-re-register requests, or retroactive entries will not be accepted. - This registration offers two options: without banquet and with banquet (an additional NTD 1,200).Please choose carefully, as refunds for the banquet fee alone will not be accepted after registration.Banquet tickets are transferable and admit by ticket, not by name.
